We are in the process of completing our requirements for a home listing to be qualified as a "Today's Certified Listing".

The following list of requirements will be included in the determination of certification:

• Expanded Seller's Disclosure
• Complete Maintenance Records
• Complete Operating Expense Records
• General Repair Contract's Accepted
• Home Warranty Included
